2020 Ford F 450
2020 Ford F 450 welcome to our web fordtrend.com here we provide various information about the latest Ford cars such as Review, Redesign, Specification, Rumor, Concept, Interior, Exterior, Price, Release Date, and Pictures. We hope that the information we provide can help you and make our website become one of your sources in finding the latest car information. Happy nice day! It’s the first time we’ve gotten a glimpse of the refreshed F series Super Duty Truck, which is expected to undergo significant updates, including some that have already debuted on the facelifted 2018 F-150 last year.
Key updates from the full-format truck include a new 10-speed automatic transmission, as well as some safety assistance systems from the co-pilot 360 Bundle. Ford will comprehensively update the Super Duty 2020 to meet upcoming competition from the brand new Chevrolet Silverado HD and Ram Heavy Duty. In the mirror of many updates made for the 2018 Ford F-150, expect the new Super Duty to receive modified exterior design and new drives to keep the big truck relevant.
The skin of the Super Duty is not as visible under Ford’s rescued powertrain, but we can clearly spot an updated grille abandoning the twin bar design of the current truck. The Super Duty 2020 will replace this styling feature with a much more offensive grid adorned with a large Ford logo in the middle. We also expect a new headlight design, and the rear gets a sculptural tailgate and more modern tail lights.
The 2020 Super Duty tests in two variants: An F-250 crew cabin and an unusual 10-luck dualie with 19.5-inch wheels and a normal cabin case. The hub and wheel layout suggest it is an F-450, but we are dropped from the small cabin — currently, the F-450 is only available to private customers in crew cabin form. Of course, the vehicle could be a test shell for the F-450 fleet, which is available with a regular cabin and no charging box. Or it could pretend a trade-ready F-450 taxis intended for private individuals who want a great towing ability but don’t need seats for five.

However, the key changes will take place under the hood, with the F-Series 2020 Super Duty expected to get a new V8 engine instead of the aging 6.8-liter Triton V10 petrol unit. Rumor has it that the new eight-cylinder engine will have a displacement of 7.0 liters and will be manufactured in Windsor, Ontario.
Thanks to the new powertrain, the revamped Super Duty will achieve significantly improved fuel consumption. The 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 turbo diesel is likely to overdraw, but the same cannot be said about the 6.2-liter V8 petrol in aggregate, which is currently the standard engine. The new 7.0-liter power unit offers both the Triton V10 and the 6.2-liter V8.
Under the hood of the Super Duty, 2020 will likely be updated versions of the current engines of the lineup: A 6.2L gasoline engine V-8 and a 6.7L turbodiesel V-8. The first is expected to be a big performance boost over its current 385 horsepower and 430 lb-ft (we wouldn’t be surprised if it was 400bhp and 500lb-ft), and the diesel is likely to get another 15 lb-ft, for a total of 950.
There are also rumors Ford will have a new 7.0L V-8 as a replacement for the thirsty 6.8L V-10 in fleet configurations, which is only 288bhp and 424 lb-ft. Expect the new V-8 to a diesel rival 475 horsepower, along with 550 lb-ft or so.

In addition, the new Super Duty 2020 will be Ford’s first large truck to receive its 10-speed automatic transmission. Developed in partnership with General Motors, the transmission is already available in the 2018 F-150 Expedition and Expedition, as are the Lincoln Navigator, Chevrolet Suburban RST, GMC Yukon Denali and Cadillac Escalade. It will also make an appearance in the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and is expected for the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado HD.
Ford is scheduled to launch the facelifted F-Series Super Duty in the coming year as a 2020 model.
