2023 Ford F350, F-250, or F-450 models are more trucks than most people need. But for those who need it, it is quite helpful and impressive.
There’s a trio of V-8 engines, with a 7.3-liter engine producing 473 pound-feet of torque and a 6.7-liter diesel with 1050 pound-feet of torque.
A well-equipped Super Duty can tow up to 37,000 pounds and carry up to 7,850 pounds of payload.
Compared to its arch rival, the Ram, which offers higher torque and tow ratings, as well as a refined interior, Ford’s most luxurious crew cabin models provide an upscale environment and ample passenger space.
On the other hand, the Chevy Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD both have a better way of driving. Still, Super Duty offers more high-tech features and a variety of driver assistance that can make driving easier.

2023 Ford F350 Refresh
Perhaps the most notable update to the Super Duty 2023 truck is the myriad of new tech-focused features. This is the first time they’ve been available with a 5G wireless connection that helps infotainment systems run faster, and accepts over-the-air updates and allows up to 10 devices to connect to Wi-Fi hotspots.
Plus, Ford makes its strongest truck available with a 2.0-kW onboard generator (aka ProPower Onboard). Super Duty can also be equipped with a heads-up display for the first time, and there’s also a new driver-assist feature.
This list includes adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality as well as lane-centering assistance. The addition of front and rear emergency braking helps prevent the giant pickup from colliding with objects at low speeds.
When it comes to towing, the Ford Super Duty is not only ready to tow big loads, but now it offers high-tech assistance that makes the job easier. The introduction of onboard scales gives users an estimate of cargo weights to ensure they don’t exceed the truckload.
This feature also helps guide people on how to evenly distribute the weight of the trailer tongue. Along with blind-spot monitors for five-wheel towing and goosenecks, the Super Duty is now available with a 360-degree camera system specifically designed for trailers.
Another cool new feature is the navigation that shows the route that best accommodates the specific dimensions and weight of the trailer to help the driver avoid headaches. Anyone who has backed up with the tailgate down has no doubt lamented the fact that traditional backup cameras have become useless. Ford overcomes this by adding a camera at the top of the tailgate.
This, together with the integrated parking sensor, is meant to make the act of backing down with the tailgate easier than ever.

Also like all the other engines, Ford doesn’t say how much horsepower or torque they make, but we expect them to meet or beat their previous output.
That includes a gas-fueled 7.3-liter V-8 engine, which received revised tuning and upgraded air intakes. The 6.7-liter V-8 diesel Power Stroke remains a mainstay of the Super Duty lineup, and there’s a new high-output version with updated tuning, a unique turbocharger, and a revised exhaust manifold.
Ford estimates the upgrade will make it the most powerful diesel truck in its class. Also new for 2023, all models starting with the XLT come standard with four-wheel drive.

2023 F350 Release Date
Ford has yet to release pricing for the 2023 Super Duty lineup. However, the company said it will release those figures closer to the time the truck enters production, which should be sometime early next year.
2023 F350 Review: All-New Super Duty Truck
The Ford Super Duty 2023 has been spotted by Ford Authority spies in several configurations several times over the past few months, giving us a preview of what to expect from the updated model at debut.
As Ford Authority reported last month, the Ford Super Duty 2023 order bank is slated to open on October 17, 2022, with production following a few months later. Now, Ford CEO Jim Farley himself has revealed a rough timeline of when we can expect to see Super Duty 2023 in person.
“Also, this fall, we’ll be introducing the all-new, hardworking Super Duty pickup at Ford, and it’s setting the bar in our industry. There’s a lot more to come,” Farley said while speaking on the automaker’s Q2 earnings call.
More recently, Ford Authority spies have seen the Ford Super Duty F-450 2023 in double, the tough, off-road-focused Tremor for the first time, and the regular cabin model F-350 XL, giving us a bird’s-eye view. various configurations available.
While all of them have sported a fair amount of camo, we can clearly see that the updated pickup will feature a new front-end design with revised C-clamp headlights and grille, integrated bed steps, and restyled taillights at the rear.
The interior of the 2023 Super Duty has also been spotted on a number of occasions, starting with a peek at the plain XL cabin and an assembly line video showing off the Ford F-150-inspired maintenance.
Recently, Ford Authority spies gave us our first look at the truck’s single binnacle design, which is a huge departure from the existing model’s dual binnacle layout. As for powertrains, the 2023 Super Duty won’t get a hybrid option, as Ford Authority recently reported.
As we know Ford branded its heavy-duty trucks, the F 250, and larger, like its Super Duty line. For generations, Ford has changed the redesign of the F150 and Super Duty.
It looks like the 2023 Ford Super Duty F 250 and F350 will borrow some key features from the current F150. One of them may be hands-free driving.

2023 F350 Redesign
Ford has been selling the fourth-generation Super Duty from 2017 to date. The automaker refreshed the truck for the 2020 model year. Ford has historically introduced a new generation of Super Duty every five or six years. Therefore, the redesign of 2023 will be timely.
The spy shot shows a 2023 Ford Super Duty truck with a redesigned front fascia and grille. It also seems that the rear bumper and taillights will be all-new. Since Ford is still covering its test truck in camouflage, we’re not yet sure exactly what the new Super Duty truck will look like.
Ford is unlikely to make dramatic changes to Super Duty metal doors and bed linen. That said, Ford also disguised the sides of all its test trucks.
Driving Canada showed that the Ford F 350 XL test truck seen in the wild still had incandescent lights. But Ford may offer an LED upgrade.
The interior of the New Ford Super Duty is reminiscent of the latest generation F 150. The new steering wheel looks like the latest F 150 alloy wheels. It retains the column-mounted shifter and at least the base model has an analog gauge that frames the appearance of the digital driver.
2023 Ford F-350 XL Regular Cab Dually
Ford Authority spies have seen a number of updated Ford Super Duty 2023 prototypes drive around over the past few months, including, most recently, the F-450 King Ranch in doubles and the rugged, off-road-focused Tremor for the first time.
Now, as we get closer to the official reveal, those same spies have spotted another version of the upcoming fresh pickup – this time, the regular cabin of the Ford F-350 XL 2023 in doubles.
This regular double cabin model of the Ford F-350 XL 2023 gives us a good look at the entry-level workhorse in the Super Duty lineup, which has a significantly shorter wheelbase than most retail customer variants.
As such, it features a more basic all-black front grille design, as well as a much simpler headlight design than the units featured on some of the higher trim prototypes spied on before.
The same is true when we move sideways, as this prototype sports a more basic wheel design than the previously spied King Ranch.
It’s unclear whether this particular prototype is equipped with one major new feature, which was initially reported by the Ford Authority in June and confirmed about a week later – the integrated bed step.
At the rear, this prototype features the same taillight design we’ve seen on previous prototypes, though the tailgate is covered with a heavy camo, hiding any potential changes there.
As for the 2023 Super Duty’s updated interior, it’s been spied on a number of times, starting with a peek at the boneless XL cabin and an assembly line video showing off the Ford F-150-inspired maintenance.
Recently, Ford Authority spies gave us our first look at the truck’s single binnacle design, which is a huge departure from the existing model’s dual binnacle layout.

2023 Ford F350 Hybrid
Since the latest generation of Ford F 150 offers a hybrid drivetrain, many truck enthusiasts are wondering if the 2023 Super Duty will feature some form of hybrid.
TFL Truck shows that some of the 2023 Super Duty test trucks wear unique new exhausts. This may signal a new drivetrain option.
It seems unlikely that Ford will offer the F 150 turbocharged 3.5-liter “Powerboost” hybrid in its Super Duty truck. These engines will require a different, smaller transmission and may not offer enough power even for buyers of the F 250 Super Duty.
That said, onboard power is the option that works truck buyers are looking for. A hybrid Super Duty truck can be a game changer, whether it combines an electric motor with gasoline or diesel V8 today.
Such a truck will require a large onboard battery. With an inverter, it can offer 110 and 220 volts of power at the work site. It can even have a self-jumpstart feature if the standard 12-volt battery is discharged.
Exclusive! 2023 Super Duty Interior
Ford Authority spies have looked at many prototypes of the Ford Super Duty 2023 driven over the past few months including the regular F-350 cabin double and Tremor just to name a few revealing some new exterior features such as a ladder bed and unique features. “Running W” front grille for King Ranch trim.
The same spy has also secured some photos of the pickup’s updated interior showing off its latest design in various trims as well as some quirky features like the new single-binnacle dashboard.
Now the same spy gave us our best look at the Ford Super Duty interior. 2023 which surprisingly mimics the current-generation Ford F-150 in several ways.
First, we can see that this prototype Ford Super Duty 2023 is equipped with a steering wheel that is somewhat similar to the wheels of the latest F-150 which also appear to be made of urethane similar to the current Super Duty.
This pickup is a lower trim model and therefore comes with what looks like a smaller infotainment screen and analog gauges which are separated by what is most likely a 4.2-inch digital display.
To the left of the instrument cluster, we can see that this Super Duty prototype is equipped with the American flag emblem as is the current generation Ford F-150. Otherwise, the pickup dashboard is covered pretty well hiding any additional changes that might be here.
It’s currently unclear what if any type of powertrain updates the 2023 Ford Super Duty will receive but as Ford Authority reported exclusively in July the truck won’t be available with any hybrid engine options.
The updated model will launch this fall meaning we won’t have to wait too long to see it in person while the order bank is slated to open on October 17 2022 with production after a few months later.
2023 Ford F350: Will it offer hands-free driving?
In June 2021, the Ford Authority saw two Super Duty trucks complete trials while being equipped with autonomous vehicle hardware. The hardware includes a series of cameras and sensors at both ends of the truck and an additional array on the roof. Evidence shows hands-free options for the F 250 and F 350.
Ford now offers BlueCruise hands-free driving technology on some levels of the 2022 F 150 trim. This technology is built on adaptive cruise control and can keep your truck in the middle of your lane for you. To use it, you need to keep an eye on the roads and drive on pre-mapped interstate highways.
We don’t know if the 2023 Super Duty will offer hands-free driving, but we do know Ford has been testing this technology on the F 250 and F 350 for at least nine months.
2023 F350 Tremor
Looks like the Tremor package stays alive for the top-spec trim.
But what is different is the presence of black alloy wheels on this prototype. Currently, the only way you can get black alloy wheels on the F-350 Platinum is to choose the Off-Road Tremor Package. However, it goes without saying that we can only see a replacement wheel on this prototype because Ford is still at the beginning of the testing phase.
For the record, the Tremor Off-Road package has been discontinued for the Super Duty XLT trim but is still offered on the King Ranch and Platinum variants. With this prototype in sight, we can expect the Tremor Off-Road package to remain for the 2023 model year.

2023 Ford F350 Diesel
Thanks to a brief in Automotive News, we now know that the 2023 Ford Super Duty will still use the Power Stroke diesel engine — even though Ford Motor Co. included it in the F-150. It must be music in the ears of many owners who demand diesel power for towing and transportation.
Both Automotive News and the Ford Authority reported that the 2023 Super Duty will be massively redesigned for 2023, but the diesel has survived.
The current lineup of Super Duty machines looks like this:
- 7.3-liter V-8: 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque
- 6.7 liters Power Stroke diesel V-8: 475 horsepower and 1,050 pound-feet of torque
- 6.2-liter V-8: 385 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque
What engine remains or disappears remains an uncertainty, but if someone leaves and is replaced by another technology, the possible candidate is a 6.2-liter gasoline engine. That would leave Ford with a powerful V-8 gas engine and a diesel engine.
Overall it looks like diesel will survive, and we believe it’s the right move. However, we also thought it would be interesting for Ford to include some sort of hybrid into Super Duty. Then it will be a generator on wheels, loaded with power and performance. After all, that’s what you want from a heavy-duty pickup truck.

2023 Ford F350 The pick-up truck war never ends in Detroit as soon as all sorts of trims have started to appear and the most obvious is the appearance of the modified headlights that seem to be retaining the shape of the current lens.
at the bottom of the headlights are re-illuminated as daytime running lights or low beam headlights, and this isn’t the first time Ford has become obsessed with the Super-duty Ford F350 2023. In past generations, the chord streamlined LED light signature to eliminate the odd dot matrix pattern was introduced at this time.
Back in the package and trim it appears the Ford F350 2023 Sports is a strange mix of top-run platinum jewelry with the black alloy wheels normally reserved for the aforementioned 2023 F350 Tremor. Of course, changing the tire package is very easy, you just need to adjust it according to your needs, but platinum equipped with tremors will be an attractive offer.
At the rear, we see mostly similar to today’s trucks with no changes in the location of the trailer’s wiring harness and the backup sensors that pop up in their usual places. The taillights appear to have several clear LEDs stacked vertically rather than the existing lenses, possibly indicating lighting that is unique to a particular team.
Again, changing the lighting sign without having to change the physical shape and dimensions of the lamp is a relatively inexpensive way to refresh the vehicle without incurring huge costs.

2023 Ford F350 Preview
About the start of the 2023 Ford F350, We feel it will stick with platinum cream based on the chrome accents found on the rear-view mirror covers at the bottom of the windows.
Apart from that the 2023 Ford F350 is also pretty much wrapped in heavy camouflage which in our opinion this packaging hides the new design update, but we still hope that the design is getting better, more attractive and powerful, and of course more stylish with some other variations.
For the record using black wheels is the Off-Road 2023 F350 Tremor package which has been discontinued for the Super Duty XLT trim but is still offered on the King Ranch and platinum variants so we hope that the offroad tremor will continue to run on the 2023 Ford F350 Super Duty model year.
2023 Ford F350 Redesign
2023 F350 Redesign As far as we know the 2023 Ford F350 has been eyed by Matai for a while now it seems that this time it will use black wheels on its newest type.
This food prototype 2023 Ford F350 which is often referred to as Super Duty Platinum has all the special features including chrome mirror caps and chrome strips along the bottom of the DLO trim window, but what you need to know is also the black wheels which are not yet available on the current generation type on the Platinum type. , but you can have it with other packages like Tremor of road.
Since this is still a prototype type it is highly probable that this wheel will be offered in the next generation 2023 Super Duty Platinum and may also be a replacement wheel used in testing and not intended for production models.
However, it is also necessary to know that the 2023 Super Duty SuperCab that Matai saw last week was wearing black wheels with a similar design.
Apart from the interesting tidbits this prototype also sports heavy camouflage on the front and checkered camo elsewhere as seen on all previous pick-ups.
Then the design of this car is of course still a mystery with the revised styling of the truck which is something new for the next generation. Moreover, the familiar end configuration of this Ford model car shows that a 6.6L v8 Powerstroke turbo 2023 Ford F350 Diese engine is on the hood under this prototype.
In addition to the most striking exterior changes, the next four generations have also upgraded several revised technological features as well as added features to the Ford F350 by introducing the self-driving feature which is a mainstay feature on the next 2023 Ford F350.
2023 Ford F350 Interior
In the interior of the Ford Super Duty truck, a horizontally oriented measuring screen was added which made it easy to access the panels on this vehicle.
We appreciate Ford for his hard work in overhauling the 12-inch screen which has received a lot of positive comments.
As far as we know if you want to get that touch screen you have to choose a lariat model or higher with a Ford Sync 4 infotainment system with Apple CarPlay wireless capability and Android Auto.
And we expect some more interactive makeovers on the inside of this 2023 Ford F350 vehicle.
Hello, we add the interior design of the dashboard is also sharp and the layout is practical we can judge the Super Duty interior is an ergonomic environment with direct controls and materials that are meant to be messy.
the process begins with the lariat trim level which introduces leather upholstery and high-end options such as ambient lighting and seat settings that can be hot and cold and also come with wireless power. But some chintzy parts make even the coolest interior models.
Buyers can choose two bed sizes the first is 6.75 feet and the second is a city with 8 feet, Cabin crew takes storage a step further with a lockable city under the back seat.
For Infotainment sophistication and connectivity the base model XL comes standard with a touchscreen for its infotainment system. The XLT type has an 8.0-inch touch screen with Apple car play, Android auto, and a wi-fi hotspot. As well as some upgrades with the B&O 10 speaker and SiriusXM satellite radio.
A pair of large volume and tuning buttons complete the dashboard area. As well as other physical buttons on the steering wheel make the whole system feel intuitive. Then the spacious cab can be equipped with enough accessories to run a Guns N’ Roses concert including up to two 110-volt power points.
2023 Ford F350 Exterior
2023 F350 Changes to the exterior styling complement the chrome exhaust tips and black running boards. Meanwhile, this black display package was previously available on the Lariat type and this time it is available on the XLT type. It has also included a black 20-inch wheel bumper and body-color grille as well as a black running board and Ford Badge.
The base XL has 17-inch steel wheels as standard, the XLT uses 18-inch alloy wheels, and gets bigger in the more expensive trims. Due to its standard dual-rear-wheel setup, the F-450 has a wider front track than the rest of the lineup. The length of the bed is 6.75 feet and eight feet.
The new Sport Appearance package from the Lariat trim features a grille, mirror housings, and bumper in the same color as the body for those whose tastes tend to be less chrome. In the same vein, the Appearance Black package is now available with a lower XLT trim. Atlas Blue is on the list of exterior paint choices.
2023 Ford F350 Color
In the color section, visual changes occur in the new Atlas Blue exterior, the Baja interior color for the Lariat interior, Navy Pier and Light Slate for the Limited model, and several appearance packages for the F-250 and F-350.

Either rear or four-wheel drive is available, as is the six or 10-speed automatic transmission. The Super Duty truck can tow up to 24,200 pounds but reaches 37,000 pounds with a fifth-wheel hitch and a gooseneck.
All powertrains on the Ford Super Duty are Paired with rear or four-wheel drive and all modern can be equipped with more powerful engine options as well as offering an offroad package called tremor adding lift kits and slimmer tires along with other Road ready upgrades.
2023 Ford F350 Performance
The 2023 Ford F350’s performance was excellent it was able to perform as expected by a large rig pulling up to 19 tons. When unloaded the Ford f350 will feel light but the sensation is very smooth when the trailer is attached.
The most luxuriously priced trims perform better of course in terms of reducing wind and road noise on the highway, but this truck is also very responsive in the brake pedal, and maneuverability on the road is more convincing.
Drivers who have been around heavy-duty pickups for a long time are no doubt familiar with the manufacturer’s old approach of calibrating their suspension to work best while the truck is being loaded. Luckily, things have progressed to where Super Tasks are civilized and structured under all circumstances.
The Adaptive Steering feature (standard on the top of the Limited trim, optional on the bottom of the bottom) is also an advantage when maneuvering at low speeds, taking a lot of effort.
Buyers won’t have to shell out extra for the larger engine — the standard 6.2-liter V8 can handle most situations. Super Duty’s highest payload capacity of 7,850 pounds is achieved with this engine in an F-350 with dual rear wheels and a Regular cab.
Most F-Series Super Duty trucks are rated to tow between 15,000 and 18,000 pounds. However, the 7.3-liter petrol V8 does come with a more modern and efficient 10-speed automatic transmission.
